Amir qualified as a solicitor in 2017 and joined the Orwins team when Clarke Mairs became part of the firm in November 2026.

He advises on a wide range of litigation matters, with a particular focus on acting for landlords, tenants, developers and investors in property-related disputes. His experience includes forfeiture and possession claims involving commercial and residential property; rent recovery, including money claims and Commercial Rent Arrears Recovery (CRAR); property rights, including boundary disputes and easements such as rights of way; and enfranchisement matters, including statutory lease extensions and freehold acquisitions.

Amir is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
