Erin has worked with Clarke Mairs since 2018 and supports the Leasehold Enfranchisement team. Erin became part of the Orwins team when Clarke Mairs joined the firm in November 2026.

She has particular experience in voluntary lease extensions, acting for both landlords and tenants, and assists clients through the Taylor Wimpey Ground Rent Review Assistance Scheme. Erin also supports freehold companies and tenants with the granting of bulk lease extensions in large buildings.
