Jill is part of the People and Culture team at Orwins, having previously spent a number of years working in People and Culture for a global oil and gas company. She is qualified to CIPD Level 5 in Human Resource Management and brings experience from both the public and private sectors. Jill works with the Newcastle team following Orwins’ acquisition of Clarke Mairs in November 2026.

As HR Business Partner for the North, Jill works closely with the Chief People Officer and the wider People and Culture team.
