Joseph studied Law at Northumbria University, graduating in 2015. During his studies, he received an International Clinical Scholarship to study within the Mediation Clinic at the City University of New York.

He worked as a paralegal at a Newcastle law firm before beginning his training contract with Clarke Mairs and qualifying as a solicitor in January 2020. When Clarke Mairs joined Orwins in November 2026, Joseph continued his work as part of the wider Orwins team.

Joseph advises private clients on Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Advance Decisions, Trusts, Deputyship Orders and Court of Protection applications.
