Laura is a property solicitor who primarily advises on commercial property matters, with additional experience in residential property. She became part of the Orwins team following the acquisition of Clarke Mairs in November 2026.

Laura advises on all aspects of commercial property, including landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions and disposals, and refinancing transactions, acting both solely for borrowers and on a dual-representation basis.

She also specialises in pharmacy transactions and advises on the property aspects of pharmacy acquisitions and disposals.
