Leslie studied Law at Northumbria University and qualified as a solicitor in October 2020. She previously worked at North East law firms with a focus on commercial real estate and agricultural law, before joining the Clarke Mairs Commercial Property team in April 2025. Leslie transitioned to Orwins as part of its acquisition of Clarke Mairs in November 2026.

She handles a wide range of freehold and leasehold property transactions and supports clients with substantial commercial property portfolios. Leslie also advises on property matters connected with personal wealth management and estate planning.

She works closely with the corporate team on the property and financing elements of large-scale pharmacy acquisitions and disposals.
