Mariyah is a Private Client Paralegal with a particular focus on the financial affairs of vulnerable clients. She assists with the management and protection of clients’ assets, ensuring their financial affairs are handled carefully and in accordance with Court of Protection guidelines and the Mental Capacity Act 2005. Mariyah became part of the Orwins team when Clarke Mairs joined the firm in November 2026.

Alongside her role, Mariyah is studying part-time towards the Solicitors Qualifying Examination, developing her legal knowledge and practical experience with the aim of qualifying as a solicitor.
