Niamh graduated from Northumbria University in 2022 with a First Class Master’s in Law incorporating the LPC. She initially worked as a Paralegal at a North East law firm before joining Clarke Mairs’ Commercial Property team in March 2023. Niamh began her training contract in September 2024 and qualified as a solicitor in September 2026. When Clarke Mairs joined Orwins in November 2026, she became part of the wider Orwins team.

Niamh acts for landlords and tenants on lease acquisitions and disposals. She also works closely with the Corporate team on pharmacy sales and acquisitions and other corporate transactions, negotiating the property aspects of deals on behalf of clients.
