Nitzan is a corporate tax lawyer who helps businesses, business owners, and individuals understand the tax impact of corporate and commercial deals.

He has deep experience with mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, restructurings, and demergers. He also advises on employee share schemes, employment taxes, and property taxes such as SDLT and VAT.

Nitzan works closely with clients and their advisers to identify and resolve tax issues that come up during transactions. He helps clients understand the impact of those challenges, and structure their deals in the best way. He has advised on M&A deals, management buy-outs and buy-ins, tax-driven restructurings, and both approved and unapproved share schemes.

Nitzan has been a solicitor since 2000 and has worked as a corporate tax lawyer in the City and at top law firms. In 2010, he started his own tax consultancy and has since given specialist tax advice to several law firms.

Nitzan is also an experienced speaker and regularly delivers seminars on tax matters for lawyers, other professionals and business owners.
