Paul has over 20 years experience advising in all aspects of insolvency, restructutring and relates issues. Paul was a founding partner of Clarke Mairs in 2007. When Clarke Mairs was acquired by Orwins in November 2026, Paul became a key member of the team.

Paul acts for all those effected by insolvency including creditors, banks, companies, directors, Insolvency Practitioners and other stakeholders. He specialises in all areas of insolvency, personal and corporate, including rescue and turnaround of companies and individuals.

Paul has extensive experience in disputes and litigation arising from insolvency, including claims against former directors, transactional avoidance, and asset recovery cases.
