Tyler qualified as a solicitor in 2022 and specialises in company and commercial law. When Clarke Mairs became part of Orwins in November 2026, Tyler joined the wider Orwins team.

He has extensive experience advising on healthcare transactions, particularly acquisitions and disposals of retail pharmacies across England and Wales. Tyler acts for buyers and sellers on complex share and asset transactions, advising throughout the process from initial structuring and due diligence to completion and post-completion matters.

He is known for providing clear, pragmatic and commercially-focused advice. Tyler also advises on a broad range of commercial matters, supporting businesses across a variety of sectors.
