Monitoring and Accountability
Every two years, we invite all staff to participate in a voluntary, anonymous diversity questionnaire. The data is collated by our Operations team, reviewed by our directors, and published in a summary format. This process allows us to identify patterns, monitor progress, and ensure our workplace remains diverse and inclusive.
Where any areas of concern are identified, we take action through training, awareness, and ongoing monitoring. Our aim is to address issues proactively not through positive discrimination, but through informed, thoughtful interventions that strengthen our culture and support our people.
