Amie is part of our corporate team in Manchester, bringing sharp insight and hands-on experience across company reorganisations, acquisitions, disposals, EOT transactions and shareholder matters. She's there to help clients spot opportunities and move forward with confidence.

After graduating from Sheffield University in 2010, Amie qualified as a solicitor in 2019 and joined BBS Law’s corporate team in 2022.

Amie works with businesses across various sectors, with a particular focus on representing entrepreneurs and small- to medium-sized owner-managed businesses.
