Callum has spent over a decade advising corporate clients, building depth in the healthcare sector, where he predominantly acts for pharmacists and dentists.

His work centres on transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts and buy-ins. And, this is alongside incorporations, shareholder arrangements and commercial advice.

He joined the team in May 2024 as a Senior Paralegal and has worked his way up to Associate.
