She's also the go-to for commercial mortgage lenders and property refinancing.

Recently, Carley has been behind a series of complex deals: supporting a specialist healthcare lender with acquisitions and refinancing for dental practices, pharmacies, nurseries, veterinary surgeries and opticians; helping a high street lender secure a dental practice and refinance a portfolio worth over £3 million; and leading on a £10 million hotel acquisition.
