Charlotte is a Corporate Commercial solicitor who joined Carter Bond (now Orwins) as a paralegal in October 2022, began her training contract in June 2023, and qualified in February 2025. Her route into law reflects both ambition and academic rigour: an undergraduate degree in History, a PGDL with Masters, and an LPC with distinction.
Before joining us, Charlotte gained experience in Corporate and Commercial Litigation at a London-based firm. That foundation, combined with hands-on training at Carter Bond, has shaped a solicitor who brings clarity, diligence, and genuine care to every client relationship. Her clients range from individuals navigating complex acquisitions to businesses requiring trusted commercial support.
Charlotte works across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. She has developed a strong track record advising clients on acquisitions, particularly in regulated sectors, and providing commercial support across a variety of transactions.
