Charlotte has spent over a decade in commercial property and brings a strong mix of technical expertise and genuine breadth across the sector. A Chemistry Master's graduate of the University of St Andrews, she trained at the College of Law in Manchester, working as a paralegal before qualifying in 2015. She joined Orwins in February 2024.

She works across retail, hospitality, office and industrial, advising landlords, tenants and lenders on transactions of real substance — lease negotiations, freehold acquisitions, secured lending for high street and peer-to-peer lenders, corporate support and option agreements for land development.
