Charlotte is an experienced HR professional with seven years' experience supporting fast-growing, investor-backed businesses across the UK and internationally. She enjoys working with leaders and teams to create positive employee experiences, develop talent and build people strategies that support long-term growth.

She holds CIPD Level 5 qualifications in both People Management and Organisational Learning and Development, alongside a degree in Fashion Communications.

Prior to joining Orwins in 2026, Charlotte worked within private equity-backed organisations operating across the ESG, real estate and asset management sectors, supporting employees across Europe, the Nordics, Asia and the United States. She also spent time leading talent acquisition for a global Series B-backed business, helping attract and retain exceptional talent.
