Claudia brings a genuinely rare dual perspective to property law. Qualified in both England and Colombia and a native Spanish speaker, she operates with confidence across complex, cross-jurisdictional transactions and serves a client base that extends well beyond the typical reach of a UK property practice.
She graduated from law school in Colombia in 2000 with honours, relocated to the UK and retrained, joining Philip Ross Solicitors in 2008 and progressing to Paralegal by 2010. She completed her LPC with Distinction and qualified as an English solicitor in 2015. She was a Senior Associate at Spector Constant and Williams Legal before joining BRAND in May 2022.
Her practice spans commercial and residential sales and purchases across freehold and leasehold, secured lending for high street banks, private banks and bridging lenders, bringing a commercial and transaction-focused approach to complex refinancing and restructuring of large property portfolios. The scale of her work and ability to offer bespoke service and solution-based input speak for themselves.
