Ellen has been working in commercial property since 2010, and the depth of that experience shows. A Biomedical Chemistry graduate of the University of Warwick, she completed her GDL and LPC at Staffordshire University before qualifying as a solicitor in Shrewsbury in 2013.

After several years at a Shropshire firm and a spell at DWF, she returned to Shropshire in 2017 as Head of Commercial Property before joining Orwins London team in 2021.

She handles the full spectrum of commercial property work — acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, secured lending, and residential and commercial development, including overage, promotion and development agreements.

Clients rely on her not just to manage transactions but to anticipate problems before they arise.
