Eoin specialises in commercial property, bringing close attention to detail and a sensible, commercial approach that clients value.
He was drawn to law because he wanted to help people, and found it suited his natural inclination for precision. After working for small, regional and national firms, Eoin qualified in 2013 and found his professional home at Orwins in 2014.
Eoin works with a diverse range of clients, including lenders, limited companies and individuals acting both personally and as trustees. Many of these are long-term relationships built on his ability to solve complex problems across all aspects of commercial property matters.
He handles sales and acquisitions, from single properties through to office blocks, industrial estates and retail parks. His landlord and tenant work covers the full spectrum of lease arrangements and management matters.
Eoin guides clients through developments from initial purchase through to estate setup and plot sales, manages refinancing for both individual properties and large portfolios, and negotiates option and overage agreements.
He holds an honours degree in Business Studies with Law and completed the GDL and LPC at BPP Law School, later gaining a distinction in his Master of Law (LLM).
