Eoin brings a career of rare breadth and international reach to his role as Group Chairman. He qualified as an Irish Barrister in 1987 and as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 1996, before joining a global American bank as in-house counsel that same year. He rose to become UK General Counsel by 1994, then went on to hold General Counsel, Compliance, COO and CEO positions across investment banking, private wealth and asset management at a global Swiss bank, with postings in Hong Kong , New York and London.

In 2017, he founded a global compliance and regulatory consultancy and previously served as an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Finance at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He joined Orwins as Group Chairman in 2024.
