Eve trained and qualified at a London City firm before joining Orwins in September 2025. During her training she gained broad exposure across corporate work, commercial litigation and commercial property, and she brings that rounded grounding to the corporate and commercial team.

Her work focuses on the healthcare sector, advising dentists, pharmacists, nursery owners and care home operators on sales and acquisitions. She also advises on a range of commercial matters including shareholders' agreements, loan agreements and company formations, and is known for the pragmatic, commercially focused approach she brings to complex deals.
