Harry is an Associate in the Secured Lending and Property team, advising on a broad range of commercial real estate and real estate finance matters. He trained with Lewis Denley Solicitors, qualified in 2023, and joined us in 2025.

His experience spans acquisition and disposal work, secured lending transactions, strategic option and promotion agreements, and lease negotiations. He works regularly alongside commercial agents on strategic acquisitions and disposals, helping clients maximise the value of their real estate portfolios.

Recent work includes acting for Friesland Campina on the leasehold acquisition of its new flagship London office, advising a developer on the acquisition of a high street bank with residential units above and the subsequent development finance for multiple flats in Greater London, and managing the restructure and transfer of a family property portfolio worth close to £15 million. He has also supported high-growth retail chains with lease expansion programmes across London and the Southeast and negotiated option agreements with neighbouring landowners for a proposed East London development site.
