Karina is a Commercial Property Solicitor. She qualified as a solicitor in January 2026, having spent two years as a paralegal at the firm.

Karina read Law at City, University of London before completing the Legal Practice Course and achieving a Master's in Law.

Prior to joining the firm, Karina acted for national developers and housebuilder clients at a leading national firm advising on aspects of large residential development projects, including site setup, plot sales and freehold disposals.

Experience

Advising on a wide range of commercial property matters, including freehold and leasehold acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, portfolio management, and landlord and tenant matters.

Handling real estate finance matters from instruction through to completion, working closely with banks, lenders, and brokers to ensure transactions progress smoothly.

Assisting with the real estate aspects of corporate transactions, including share purchases and asset acquisitions.

Acting for national clients across retail, office, industrial, and healthcare sectors, including dental practices, GP surgeries, opticians, and pharmacies.
