Kerry is all about private client work, bringing experience from both sides of the table, whether things are straightforward or a little more complex.
Kerry didn’t start out in law but found her calling after university. She cut her teeth as a litigator before discovering her passion for private client work, especially in the Court of Protection and mental capacity matters.
Kerry works with executors, trustees, business owners and families - helping them plan, protect what matters, and navigate the details. She’s hands-on with estate administration, trust creation and management, and often steps in as a trustee herself.
She’s especially experienced in supporting elderly and disabled clients through the challenges of mental capacity and the Court of Protection. Whether it’s advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney or stepping in as Attorney or Deputy, Kerry is there to guide and act when it matters most.
Every day, Kerry helps clients face life’s big certainties - death and taxes. She knows these topics can feel daunting, especially when times are tough. Clients trust her to make things simple, to talk honestly and openly, and to bring a calm, friendly approach that makes even the hardest conversations easier.
