She oversees the office managers across the firm and is the person Orwin’s colleagues rely on to keep things running smoothly.

Where others see complexity, Louise sees process. She has spent her career building the systems, standards and structures that allow a firm to operate with confidence, and she does it with the kind of quiet authority that only comes from genuine expertise.

Her knowledge of SRA compliance and practice regulation is second to none, and her instinct for anticipating operational challenges before they become problems benefits the whole firm.
