Luke leads People and Culture as a member of our Executive Leadership Team. He joined the firm in October 2025, bringing more than twenty years of hands-on HR experience from a range of industries.

He oversees every aspect of People and Culture, from pay, benefits, and recruitment to the ways we work together, culture, and engagement, shaping strategies that help both our people and our business grow.

His expertise lies in leading cultural transformation, fostering innovation and strengthening employee engagement in dynamic, fast-paced environments. He specialises in designing strategies that align with business objectives whilst building inclusive, people-first workplaces.
