His expertise lies in delivering cultural transformation, fostering innovation and enhancing employee engagement in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Luke specialises in designing strategies that align with business goals whilst creating inclusive, people-first workplaces.

A keen surfer and lover of the great outdoors, he is attuned to the natural world and has witnessed the global impact of the climate crisis on the planet and people.
