Reena founded Carter Bond Solicitors in 2014 and spent a decade growing it into a practice of 40+ specialists across Healthcare, Property and M&A. She was hands-on throughout - not just as its Managing Partner but as the person building the culture, people and client experience. Developing her own business means she understands what it takes to build something that works: the right team, the right environment, and lasting relationships.

As a Corporate Commercial Solicitor, Reena has spent years leading complex negotiations, guiding clients through acquisitions, investment funds and management transitions. And, that legal background has given her a unique perspective in her role as COO.

But it's her experience as an entrepreneur that sets her apart. Having scaled a business herself, Reena knows that growth depends as much on people as it does on strategy. She's a committed developer of talent, a skilled networker and a natural business developer and she brings all of that to shaping how Orwins operates, grows and feels to work with.
